Good product, slow and steady wins the race Food is tasty, a bit pricey but competitive with other similar services. I like the ability to change my delivery dates and menus with ease. The program works and help build healthy lifestyles. We all wish weight loss could be faster and easier, but it just requires time and effort.

Personal Trainer Food has been averge Personal Trainer Food has been averge. No complaints, no real excitement; just your regular meal replacement delivery service. Their selection of options is a bit on the limitted side, but still enough for a varitey of dishes. The prices are okay but the quality could be better. Although not exactly the tastiest, the food is decent. Delivery was prompt and on time, and the customer service was suitably polite. On the whole, it is a modest experinece that will appeal to some. But it is more likely to be forgettable. It could use some improvement.

Bad Customer Service 2nd month was charged $100 more than I agreed to. Contacted Customer service a week ago, still no refund. Food is great but Customer Service sucks.
