I called UPS they informed me it was delivered on the 17th. again emailed and text protein factory finally this Wednesday January 2024 finally responded and send me a picture of the tracking information. Nope no package I guess it’s my fault for ordering from them should have checked the reviews.I’m out 100 bucks and I’ll protein factory said is oh well. Never buying from this company again.

I hit a PR squatting and felt much more strength and endurance than usual. Generally after I do heavy sets in squats my legs will be gassed when performing iso exercises such has ham curls, but not this time. I was able to lift more weight and hit more reps than expected.
