GBI love the product but the company… I love the product but the company forgot about my order. I emailed and said I haven’t received any updates on my order. They emailed a shipping confirmation from that day, seems like they forgot about my order and they never apologized or discounted the shipping fee. The package still hasn’t been received by FedEx according to my confirmation number.

GBI really love the product I really love the product. but when I spoke with customer service he said he will add some "surprise gifts" for me that will make me very happy... so I was excited to see what will I get in the box, but he only added one more extra cover, which was no surprise because he promised me that. But I was rather disappointed at the end.
