Absolutely perfect!! We are SO delighted with the 24x30 (matte canvas stretched board) memorial horse collage your staff designed in honor of the passing of a much loved High School friend. The horse design was key as our school mascot was a Mustang. Your staff provided outstanding customer service and were very prompt in answering our questions, and the placement of the pictures is PERFECT! We couldn’t be happier and are grateful for this experience with your company! I do think you should let customers know that they can choose their OWN saying used on that particular design - or maybe all designs? Had we not asked, we might have chosen another company. The slate memorial piece was just what… The slate memorial piece was just what I wanted. It was very well done and the picture insert of our Buddy was wonderful. It started out "I needed a home------", Perfect since my ganddog was adopted by my granddaughter when an elderly man moved into a complex that would not accept animals. Buddy lived 14 wonderful years with her and she was devastated when he passed. It was delivered in a very acceptable time span. Very professionally done and very cost effective. Thank you for your attention to details. I will recommend you without hesitation to anyone in need of something that will become close to their hearts.

Absolutely loved! Absolutely loved the ornament I bought. I reached out to Customer service via email because I received an email confirming that it shipped. However, it didn't show that the item was ever picked up. Either way, Customer service responded promptly and assured me that my item was on its way. I received the ornament and it's way better in person than in the pictures. Customer service even followed up with me to make sure I receive the item and that everything was of quality. It was much appreciated!
