The pros & cons They were great with progress reports and answering questions. Their site has good information on the technology. Their website always says someone is available to chat, but that's not true. I would get automated replies that I would have to try again when someone is available. The box for collecting DNA, upon arrival, was not clear on the proper way to open. I broke it open wrong and had to tape it up to send my samples back. There's no easy way to download or print results. You have to go one-by-one for each report. There's a lot of reports. I'd prefer to download all reports as one PDF, and exclude the history lessons of a country's wars and settlements, and how its language evolved. Or not print what medical definitions are, just my personal info is all I need.

Communication is everything What I appreciated most was the expeditious communication from the staff and site. I have purchased other products from other places, and trying to obtain more information...about whatever the product was....was like pulling hens teeth. So congratulations! Communication is everything!

Learning Experience I was able to learn a lot about myself and know why my allergies are acting up and a lot is adding up. Can't wait for my mom to get her results.

This is pretty awesome! My experience was great overall because the company maintained updates through email throughout the whole process. I wasn't left wondering what step my test was at. It only took about 5 weeks, 6 in total if you count the shipping of the kit. I loved how thorough the reports were! Highly recommended!

Never Stop Learning & Growing I had an idea of where my roots were from but, having an in-depth reveal of the intertwined stories of those roots makes me proud & open to learning more about the people I share these foundations with. It was an emotional experience for me. I'll cherish it lifelong. For years I've been reluctant to have my DNA tested, but because of CRI Genetics' data privacy, I felt reassured that I made the right decision in trusting that mine would be safe with them.
