As a result, I try to figure out if I am taking advantage of the best offer but am not sure. Sometimes when I place an order, minutes later I receive an email with a better offer! Also why can’t I but 4 bottles of something so I can save on shipping as opposed to having to buy 3 or 6? I suggest that you should reward your loyal customers with special savings as they are critical to your business. We are in that group and both I and my wife have been customers for over 30 years.

However , your website order processing had NOT been functioning the past few days prior to my phone call . I have been using it throughout the past year + and it’s been great . Somehow the phone agent did something and I was able to click the order submission button and my order was processed… If you don’t have such a process , I recommend your IT department run periodic checks to ensure order processing is running smoothly. Also, I know your agents are instructed to offer additional products , but for repeat customers like myself , it can become annoying..Perhaps as a general procedure only ONE special product might be offered or the agents might first “ask “ if the customer would like to hear about additional specials. ..
