Somehow the phone agent did something and I was able to click the order submission button and my order was processed… If you don’t have such a process , I recommend your IT department run periodic checks to ensure order processing is running smoothly. Also, I know your agents are instructed to offer additional products , but for repeat customers like myself , it can become annoying..Perhaps as a general procedure only ONE special product might be offered or the agents might first “ask “ if the customer would like to hear about additional specials. ..
