Super service and product works great! Changed the product to one that could ship to my APO and still meet my needs. Constant updates on shipping and replacement. The best service I’ve had in some time. Thank you Brilliance. The product works great. Still tweaking it's use though. BTW I use a 40W Diode and it burns great at speed of 9000mm/m and 60% power on thick aluminum business cards. Thank you again.

Delivery and product experience The delivery time and response time from the order was excellent, although the product was shipped to Europe / Germany. Unfortunately, the final price with all fees was 150% more expensive than the retail price in the US (shipping and import tax). After countless parameter settings and attempts with an 80 watt MOPA laser, the product unfortunately did not come close to my favourite (MoS2 spray), which produces a much better black on unanodised aluminium.

Didn't work on aluminum Got the marking spray but it didn't work on aluminum with my 10 watt diode laser. The mark wiped off. I tried different speeds and power and even scuffing the surface.

DO NOT WORK WITH COMPANY !!!!! The product didn't work as described. After requesting a refund and return label i received the runaround. After responding to several emails (10) the company cut off Communications. I have now started a dispute process with PayPal. DO NOT WORK WITH COMPANY !!!!!
