I received the two bottles I ordered… I received the two bottles I ordered with instructions to take 3 pills a day but with no explanation as how they should be taken -- all at once or 1 at each meal. It would be great if they would be clearer with the instructions. Also on the card that included there was no information on how to contact anyone with questions.
