I am very satisfied with this company The presentation by Steve was very good. This company offers solutions to problems that were hidden in my home. The house inspection by Jory was very informative. He was very helpful in explaining what needed to be done. The installer, Shane was friendly and professional. We had the attic installation put down and a probiotic system installed. I am very satisfied with this company.

Home improvement Start from the beginning, Earl gave an exceptional presentation and the food was awesome Brandon came as scheduled to inspect all area's of the house. He never pressured us in making a decision on what would be good for our home. Malik and Daniel the installer's came to the house as scheduled and started installing what we wanted for our home. We had two attic ventilation fans and the Pelican water system installed. From the start to the completion we are extremely satisfied. All the Home Smart team were second to none. Will report on products installed at a later date.

Food was cooked to perfection as well! The inspector Nick, very professional, explained everything to perfection do me to understand. Great guy! The technicians Nick and Jerome, called when they running behind due to traffic (I greatly appreciated it) showed before, during and after pictures. Everything looks great and they works there butts off. 10/10 company!

MOLD REMOVAL, TRI-GUARD INSULATION and SOLAR VENTILATION Shane and Patrick installed our attic ventilation system and multi-layer insulation. They were very professional and pleasant and enjoyable to work with. On the downside, the company rushes you to make a decision that day and came the very next day. I definitely felt pressured and not ready to make a decision. The price goes up considerably if you don't sign that day. They charge for miscellaneous items that are unnecessary.
