We had a very tight turn around window and Thomas Carpet One was very accommodating and helped us get our new carpet installed on time. The carpet looks great. I did not wish to transact business with PayPal and the company accepted my order over the phone. And they gave me a significant discount. Once the carpet was shipped it arrived at my home in two days. The carpet delights me every time I see it, so, five stars.

The very next day, our floors were measured and we set a date for installation. The installers were right on time, took the amount of time that they estimated, and took care to make sure everything was cleaned up at the end.
