Impatient rude employees I couldn’t pickup my car on time cause I was being taken to the hospital. Employee kept badgering me on WhatsApp after I told him I sent someone to pick it up, he said that they close at a specific time and he won’t wait even 10-15 mins for someone to arrive. Made me as I’m being rushed to the hosp bank transfer them the money and kept my car out of the store with the key inside cause he couldn’t wait 10-15 mins when person arrived to pickup my car saw that the shop is still open. Rude; disrespectful and employees don’t have half human decency (they knew my situation but just care to close on time). Asked them to let the owner call me multiple times and when he called, I was sick so I couldn’t talk said I will call next day. Then I realized I don’t want to waste my breath on this place. Cause I sure won’t be coming again and anyone I know and anyone who knows anyone I know, will not be coming either cause I’ll let them now how horrible the customer service is and the tint isn’t worth the headache.

Customer service and product knowledge Got the Xpel HR Plus tint. They was responsive through my initial contact on whatsapp, answered my questions and even though I was a little late for my Appointment (traffic), they accommodated me and had me out on time. I appreciated the attention to detail.

A great place overall A great place overall. I gave it a try a year ago for one of my vehicles. I was astonished with what a real quality film can do. Super heat rejection as advertised, neat work, and definitely clear at night. I didn’t have a second thought with where to get my other cars tinted. They are the real experts

The best tints and service in town…. I have been with the tint Xpert’s for years and I choose the same for all my cars. The staff are very welcoming and efficient in their work. The tints themselves are very good, giving great heat reduction and privacy while maintaining good visibility even at night time driving. Special shout-out to Abdalla and Yaseer for their constant help in finishing my Y61 to perfection.
