After a broken pipe flooded 4 rooms … After a broken pipe flooded 4 rooms and 2 bathrooms, RRT was out quickly to dry out the affected areas. Once the insurance had approved the claim, Adam came out and went over everything with me. He listened to my concerns and made sure I was happy with everything going forward. He called often to check the progress and make sure I was happy with what was going on. Marlon, the project manager, and his crew were great. They were respectful of my property and very polite. They did an excellent job with the painting and laying floors throughout my house. I would definitely use them again.

Worst roofing company My experience with Rapid Response is horrible. This company does not honor their warranty and their work is shoddy. I would not recommend this company to anyone. The warranty manager is horrible and willing to breach warranty contract and leave the customer hanging.

Jesus was very good about following up, notifying me when to expect the team to arrive, and keeping me apprised of the progress being made. This is the second time using Rapid Response and both times has been a good experience. I will certainly recommend the firm for the excellent work.
