GBVery pleased overall My first order did get delayed but it wasn’t their fault. USPS is just so unreliable. When the products did arrive it was worth the wait. I’ll definitely be shopping there more. It would be great if in the future they started using a different carrier though maybe.

GBIs this company still in operation? Is this company still in operation. I've tried several times to contact them...phones ring, no-one answers messages, emails or queries. I placed an order for shipment to the UK. Usually I get a shipment notification or at least a message back. This company has so much potential but customer services is giving them a bad name.

GBHello internet! Hello internet! I bought this pen after my first one took a dive, and let me tell you about this one. I lost it for over 3 months and THEN this pen SOMEHOW survived a washer and dryer cycle and I picked it up and was back to vaping yet again. Personally I use it for my THC and CBD products so I don't know how effective it is with nicotine but I would recommend it for new and old users alike.

GBNever received order Never received order. Never received response from customer support after 3 attempts. Will not order again nor recommend. To put customer service in perspective, I had a delayed order from SundayScaries, another online THC gummy retailer, and upon contacting them they sent a replacement order, priority shipping. Now THATS what Im talking about. Theres other great online retailers out there, why risk your money with this site.
