A Job Well Done! We chose Dylan from NEC for a quote to modify an fit a remote control system to a VELUX bathroom window fitted on the flat roof on the 2nd storey of our house. My wife and I are in our early - if that is the right label- 80’s and can no longer cope with the 3mtr long pole needed to open & shut it. The window has been in regular daily use for nearly 20 years and we were not certain we would be able to find a genuine VELUX company willing to do the work. We went t North East Conservatory Solutions because their site looked inviting and they listed a VELUX service. We arranged a visit and Dylan arrived on time next day. . We had thought that the window was too old and we would need a complete new one. Happily that was not the case and a couple of days later received a very reasonable quote and a proposed date for the work. My wife and I were very doubtful if we would be luck and get a dry day in view of the awful weather recently. But we were and the crew (2) turned up on time and completed the work with skill and care. We are so happy with the results and convenience of opening and closing the window without the pole we wondered why it took so many years to go that way! Any way; to cut a long story short - If you need a VELUX window fixed call North East Conservatory Solutions - For a solution They have one!!!

Superb service Three days before Christmas my Pennine Conservatory started leaking quite considerably , only to find that the company had gone into liquidation. After being turned down for help by a dozen companies, I was recommended NECS. They couldn’t have been more helpful and actually came out at 7:30am on their last day prior to breaking up for Christmas. They were extremely honest with their assessment and despite it being a complex issue, they took a staged approach, rather than instigating expensive repairs from the set go. I can’t recommend this company enough, they were superb. Thank you.

Faulty Velux Window We had one faulty electric velux window which would not open. Dylan sent his technicians to visit the our property and discovered the motor was faulty.We agreed a price with Dylan for it replacement and also fitment of blinds to two of our velux windows. A few weeks later the technicians returned for the work to be carried out. Excellent service from this company, so much so I am asking them to quote for further work to be done to other velux windows we have in our house.
