Beyond Satisfied My wife and I are beyond satisfied with the entire staff at Go Flooring. The installers were absolutely great!! They were not only hard working but also very professional. They were extra careful moving our furniture as well. I would refer anyone to this company. Ask for Miguel's Team (they are the best). The installers demoed and installed 1400 square feet in 2 days. Most of the demo was tile. Extremely hard workers. Also, AJ was an awesome salesman. He drove 2/12 hours to my house (1 way) and stayed late to answer all of our questions. Great customer service and company!!!

This company does not pay their… This company does not pay their sub-trades. We did a big job for them and they promised money time and time again but never paid. Run from this company as fast as you can.

If I could give more then 5 stars If I could give more then 5 stars, I would. More floors were installed on Tuesday , they are fabulous. The customer service from this company start to finish, was exemplary. The product and install were top notch. No high pressure tactics, a small company with a family environment. I highly recommend go flooring.

My wife was especially pleased... The company rep., Javier, was friendly and easy to talk to, he helped us choose the color closest to what we wanted. We liked that it was an American company, using American manufactured (Mohawk) flooring and Made in the USA sub floor material. The installers spoke limited english so there was no communication with them, but they were professional and worked till 7pm trying to get the job done in a day. They did have to return for two hours in the am to finish and they brought a fourth person who spoke english more fluently. They removed linoleum from the kitchen and carpet from the living room and discovered a height difference of a 1/4" so we had to pay an additional cost to add plywood to the living room and hallway, but the seamless flow has a much better look. Carpet installation of 4 rooms Carpet arrived quickly and scheduled immediately. Sales team was knowledgeable and didn’t pressure us. Install team was friendly and did a fantastic job. Would recommend anyone needing carpets or new flooring to reach out to them. They even vacuumed each room. I’m really happy with the end result.
