GBCaldwell bankers and Amanda brewer in… Caldwell bankers and Amanda brewer in Troy, Ohio did knowingly sell and failed to disclose a home we bought had bed bugs. The seller left all her things in home left it unsanitary and didn’t replace a wall where pipes burst during contract period. Shame on her and the agent because they both knew about the state of unhealthy and unsanitary condition and did not disclose which would have seriously affected the price we would have paid. Not even an apology
