The prices are a little above avergae but they offer consistent quality. The website was easy to navigate and I was able to place my order without any hastle. Teaching customer service wasn't particurlarly good or bad. They were polite and responsed to my emails, but nothing beyond that. Shipping was everage, products were as described and arrived in the time I was expecting. All in all, I had a quite typical experience with newphaseblends.com.

The products are top notch! I have purchased from your company before and was very satisfied with the product. My husband wanted to buy CBD cream from an unreputable and unknown source and I told him I knew of an honest and reputable business and would get it there. Dale was very helpful also! I just ordered Sunday so it will be here soon and maybe he can find some relief for his old bone on bone knees!

The last order I received was horrible The last order I received was horrible. It taste like tobacco. I don't smoke and haven't for a long time but I remember that taste. I called the number on your site on 9-23-2022 and talked to a man, I don't remember his name. He said he would send me a new bottle with a return label so I could return the bottle of pills I had, it never showed up. I was more than willing to send him what I had left, I had only taken 2 or 3 out of the bottle, they were horrible. I have purchased these pills before in the past and have never had a problem. I'm not sure why he didn't believe me and why he didn't keep his word and send out a new bottle. I won't order again.

Updated review After the initial contact there was an issue with an email glitch. The company reached out again and provided a new jar of CBD gummies. The arrived in good condition and they taste great. For me, I’ve found them helpful. Thanks New Phase Blends.

I think it's awesome how the owner of… I think it's awesome how the owner of the company Dale has answered the phone when I have called and he has been very knowledgeable and helpful in ordering. He seems to genuinely care about his customers. There customer service is awesome and very quick and efficient. Ther New Phase Blend Company also has great quality products. I love their products. They take my pain levels almost away.
