Great Product, Poor customer service I purchased my Recovapro SE less than a year ago and unfortunately it developed a fault. I was able to send the item away for repair under warranty, but the communication with customer services wasn’t great. It was difficult to get in touch with someone via email and impossible over the phone. After 3 weeks, my item was returned and now works as expected. Overall, the product is fantastic, but the customer service is disappointing.

Terrible customer service Product is good when it’s working when it’s broken you have no response from customer service So the warranty is worthless Don’t buy from them there are plenty better at similar price

My daughter ordered a replacement… My daughter ordered a replacement charging kit for her Recovapro massage gun (left original abroad). Paid for next working day delivery. Order confirmed, DPD messaged to say they were waiting for the parcel. Since then ....nothing.....DPD not received parcel, no updates, no parcel, no response to emails, telephone number doesn't work. Very disappointing. Terrible customer service and I'm angry that a young teenager appears to have been ripped off. Edit to Add: A few hours after writing this my daughter was emailed to hopefully resolve this situation. I will edit my review again upon successful resolution of this situation. I am grateful for the contact that has now been made. Thank you.

The delivery was not quite next day but… The delivery was not quite next day but could have been down to issues on the local roads, which is beyond anyones control. Also. The app to track the delivery wasn’t very clear. Nevertheless, I got my delivery and I love the product. My ex bought one before we split up so I knew what I was getting which is a fantastic product.

Poor repair/ still not working… After several e mails and very slow response( up to a week) the recovapro was collected for repair. However on return item is not working and I am getting no response from Recovapro. The telephone number supplied does not function.
