Not going to lie the upselling is… Not going to lie the upselling is RIDICULOUS with no option but to click through them all I am still scarred from my first purchase. Makes me not want to click anything, I can’t imagine how many upsells if I actually complete the quiz. Other than that not so bad. But that was pretty bad.

Awesome team. Working with a shred has been so easy. My trainer is available to me. Promptly replies to my messages and is very encouraging. Created a meal plan works for our family’s lifestyle and I don’t have to prepare different meals for them. The business office and support area have also been great to work with. No questions asked when I’ve needed anything, just a “Of course, and this is what we can do”. To me the big difference for the progress having a team behind you to support you. My support at home is great, my VShred trainer, Sidney, is awesome and he has a good support team so… Thanks team VShred
