I emailed for shipping support minutes… update: staff reached out and sent me a new order without issue. i’m very thankful for the attention and have updated my review accordingly. previous review: I emailed for shipping support minutes after an autofill error and received confirmation the following business day that my order was being sent to a different state. There was no staff or teammember that reached out to me.

The only draw back... The formulation of Belimen is awesome! The only draw back is there is no email or alert of automatic renewal prior to being shipped. UMZU another company sends out an email about 3 days before your order is processed which is nice.

I requested my order to be canceled and… I requested my order to be canceled and refunded before it was fulfilled. No one returned my email and that is unacceptable customer service. Now I’m left with a $100 charge and products that I am not happy with and will not use.
