The reason for the 4 star rather than a 5 star is that it required a phone call from me when they did not show for 0900 appointment. They were able to regroup and accomplish the job of giving me water from my irrigation pump.

Thumbtack increased my business Overall Thumbtack has helped increase my business tremendously. By advertising in Nextdoor my business is put in front customers I may not reach. The lead fee is fair. The only issue to watch out for is their travel area. Sometimes they charge for leads outside of your travel area with no refund. A little frustrating especially when you are a small business. But overall I love the Thumbtack platform
