The follow_up by Chasten the next day was appreciated in that he confirmed measurements taken by Brett and advised that Eddy would install the shower on August 14. Eddy did a great job. He respected my home and I am well pleased with the results.

A very informative salesman who answered our questions and gave us confidence that we made the best choice for us. The install took about 3 hours. The installer was respectful of our floors and carpeting and removed all packaging when he left. He also explained as he worked what he was dong and offered us a few options where we could decide what would work best for us. Very good customer service through the whole experience.

I reviewed about 6 companies that… I reviewed about 6 companies that installed showers and chose LHSS because of the quality of materials. They were the only company that uses greenboard to prevent moisture. Little did I know that the materials used were only a minor advantage compared to the quality of workmanship and the willingness to please me! The young men asked me at every turn if I was happy so far and how I wanted things done.
