Despite having a measurement issue when initially delivered, they worked the schedule to get back and make sure it was installed without too much delay. Unless you want to pay for design renderings you have to press the "believe" button and hope you get what you want. Salesman isn't much help with design stuff. Few small quality issues I'm not happy with but overall a quality product.

Just finished building a high-end 6,000 sq ft new construction home in Long Island...What a nightmare that was!!!.....The ONLY contractor that delivered painless and superb service was American Landscape Structures. Right from the start of the project, Jim Adams was extremely patient and professional at helping us design and put together the most perfect pavilion for our 20' x 20' outdoor kitchen. He even customized it by matching the exact roofing material of our house. The young men that built it were also very quick and professional. They finished the job in a day in a half and did not bother me at all. They came well prepared and were very knowledgeable and respectful! Would use them again in a heartbeat!!! I Love the job they did! :)

From the assistance with the design to the delivery of the Pergola Kit at our home the experience was easy and flawless. The 16X18 Foot Kit was complete to the last screw and bolt and looks perfect in our back yard, We think this is great value and unmatched service throughout the entire; purchase ,delivery, and build process. We built this pergola in three days with the help of one neighbor. Calls with questions during the build were promptly answered by the Amish Team. We Love it.

Most pleasant experience start to finish! We chose American Landscape Structures for the construction of our patio pavillion and we're so glad we did. From the initial quote to the installation, Jim was always there to answer our questions and guide us through the process. Our 16 x 20 vinyl pavillion was delivered and built by his very professional crew on a cold December day. They did an outstanding job in a matter of 8 hours start to finish! The quality and workmanship is impeccable! We love our pavillion and look forward to many years of enjoyment in our new outdoor space. And of course we're the envy of the whole neighborhood!
