Overall the product is well built Overall the product is well built. Despite having a measurement issue when initially delivered, they worked the schedule to get back and make sure it was installed without too much delay. Unless you want to pay for design renderings you have to press the "believe" button and hope you get what you want. Salesman isn't much help with design stuff. Few small quality issues I'm not happy with but overall a quality product.

Amazing responsiveness and great pricing! We were more than a little intimidated by all of the choices when shopping for our new pergola. We wanted something that was going to be long lasting and low maintenance and obviously did not want to over pay. The people at Amish Designers have been truly wonderful so far. They respond to our phone calls and emails religiously and have helped us sort through some of the stickier details of our project with professionalism and ease. Thank you, Amish Designers. Product Excellent We ordered a first 20'x40' pavilion from Amish Design and were very impressed by the quality of the materials. We were using volunteer labor to put it up and Jim and his guys were very helpful and patient, walking us through the instructions in more detail. It is not a project for the faint of heart, with skilled carpenters it still took 6 volunteers 2 1/2 days to put it up. (For the second one we had Amish Design construct it and it took them 1 day with three guys!!). When things did crop up, it was handled professionally and with the utmost speed. Both pavilions look beautiful!
