Ordered Innosupps, product never arrived Ordered Innosupps. I live in Germany where Innosupps said they can deliver to. Package never arrived. I asked for a refund multiple times, and never received one. Do not recommend. *Edit* - since they did eventually provide a refund I'm bumping this to a 3 star.

strength noticeably increased although… strength noticeably increased although muscle results have been slow.. highly favoured your guidance with the ingredients you use in your protein shakes.. muscle building, performance, feeling fitter and recovery are my main focus so 3 out of 4 boxes are ticked.. my main gripe with your brands are the selling points you use on the labels - yes it’s great if you feel better sexually but that the bonus for keeping fit and its rather off putting have my supplements highlighting the sexual benefits more than the real benefits I want to take them for. muscle mass, endurance, and recovery are the kind things I like to see on my supplements ads, and not it puts 2 inches more on the length of my penis. No problems I have never had a problem with receiving my product or canceling a subscription which can be done on line. The only problem I have is when I first started using Inno Shred I lost 15 pounds in 3 months (not weeks) and then the product stopped working and I gained 8 back and I havent changed the way I eat, or stopped exercising. I'm trying to figure out what happened or if my body got used to the product. Other then that, I have had no problems with this company at all.

Great Service & Products! The support from start to finish was great/prompt! I am sure they deal with missing packages all the time, and unfortunately I had that issue. They were prompt to get another package out to me, and it arrived in a few short days. May I add, Night Shred is by far one of my favorite supplements for sound sleep (throughout the night), and obviously the metabolism support/etc. While sleeping, highly recommend it.

Excellent products and great customer… Excellent products and great customer service. Most of the negative comments I read are unfounded. You do not have to pay for shipping insurance. Yes, like any items if you buy out of country there are additional fees. Any time I have had issues customer service has been responsive. The products are all quite effective when combined with healthy diet and exercise. Common sense lacking from a lot of the 1 star reviews. No such thing as a magic pill. Their supplements are there to supplement healthy lifestyle changes for better results, not continue eating nothing but junk while not doing any exercise. I highly recommend all of their products. Night shred black is my favorite!
