GBMy experience was horrible My experience was horrible. initially they sounded very professional and courteous. That's what drew me in. 1) They did not recommend the correct size container. l explained what size was needed, the container they sent was to small. They agreed to send out another container, of course their is a delivery charge and the other container would cost more money. 2) They told me the container would be delivered within two days, lt was a week before the container arrived. This was after a daily reassurance the container was on its way. Waiting for the container, l had a CREW of five men sitting around everyday until eventually they were sent home everyday the container was not there. Result - cost a lot more money. 3) After the container was loaded, it sat in the driveway for another 4 days after giving notice and being told the container would be pick up the next day after proper notification. Sitting in the driveway restricted the men's ability to work. Result - cost a lot more money. l would NEVER RECOMMEND Knight Transfer Service under any circumstances.

GBnever again Never worked with a company that charges by when they can come and pick up their container versus when you want it picked up and then is rude about it, but I can guarantee I won't use Knight again. reply to response - Picking up within 24 business hours of notification is great, it's the part where you keep charging the customer daily rental (including the weekend days) until you pick the container up that doesn't work for me.

GBI have used Knight Transfer several … I have used Knight Transfer several times. They are excellent and very helpful in determining what might be required for my specific needs/planned use. I would very highly recommend them.

GBRaised price after order placed Raised price after order placed. Didn't respond to emails or calls. Didn't deliver as promised. - The response is not accurate. We did indeed get a dumpster from your company and we did pay the higher price because we were in a time bind and had no other choice.
