Pay per appointment Their pay per appointment model is amazing! The pay per appointment model was exactly what I was looking for, and thankfully Home Expert Direct has perfected it to a tee. The appointment quality they give me are the same when I do all the advertising and answering the calls myself. But since they do and pay for all of the advertising, follow up on the leads for me, and then even book the appointment on an open date...it’s simply amazing. All my stress is gone and it simplifies my operation, letting me focus on growing the company with more trucks, crew, salesman, etc. Overall, I believe the idea is brilliant and very happy to have found them!!

Finally… I’ve always wondered if there was a company out there that sells actual set appointments, instead of garbage leads or clicks. Then, I saw their advertisement on Instagram… and it was like the phone heard my thoughts. I scheduled a time to meet with them and the nice guy explained exactly how it works very thoroughly, and the entire model seemed great. So, I decided to sign up and chose my service areas, types of appointments I want, daily budget, etc. and I started seeing the appointments coming in the same day. So far it’s been about a month and a half with them and for the majority, the quality of the appointments have been actually really good. I also plan on increasing my daily limit with them starting April since I’m adding on an extra rep to the team!

Home Expert Direct is a breath of fresh Home Expert Direct is a breath of fresh air. I don’t have to consistently worry about where my next project is coming from. It’s hard to find a good company that cares about its customers nowadays, but Home Expert Direct is definitely one of them
