I have had some of the best experiences… I have had some of the best experiences of my life doing your exercises, they are more difficult every day but they are worth it. I started doing 15 min a day because I didn't have a lot of time in my day, but even if it wasn't much I have felt the changes incredible now I do around 1 hour a day!

Fantastic 5 day sprint I took a free 5 day sprint for a sexy bottom. I enjoyed the exercises. My muscles hurt, it is a sign of a good workout. But it is a little pain, enough to motivate me to move forward, not too strong to make me quit until I heal. All exercises were a bit more challenging every day, still doable. I am a busy mom. Still, I had time every day for 15 min. I decided to register to the paid program because I I am confident that the results will be visible soon.

Very engaging Very engaging, Ina managed to mobilize me, the verbal encouragement very appropriate, the programs very well explained and structured, you can do it without forcing yourself and without getting frustrated. I've tried other programs/exercises, this 5-day sprint was the only one I enjoyed and I'm convinced it works.

Fitness Mama is a good team Fitness Mama is a good team. They work hard and we work hard with them. They are wonderful, all the team and we, who create the Fitness Mama every day. I wake up with Fitness Mama and go to sleep with them. But Ina is the best of the best. I don't know where she takes energy for us, but this energy we create every day with Fitness Mama🥰🥰🥰

I recently experineced with… I recently experineced with Fitnessmama.ro. It was an OK experince overall. The site is easy to navigate and the check-out process was relatively simple and fast. The prices were almost good too. They have plenty of fitnes eguipment to choose from. I was able to find the right item pretty easily. Unfortunatly the item I ordered was damged but Customer Service was quite helpful and the ordering process was quite smooth. I wouldn't say I had a bad experince but at teh same time I wasn't very impressed either. Overall, the experinece was just OK.
