The person answering the phone was able to help bu explaining the barley was detoxing to heavily and instructed how to handle. Several days have gone by and all is cleared up. My energy levels are already showing an increase.

Love the Boost, Barley and probiotics I started with Boost, Gladiator Barley and Probiotics. I love the taste. I am not feeling the energy that I need yet, but most likely because I am not getting enough sleep. But I know it's doing something because of all the wonderful vitamins and minerals.
