GBA great experience! One Fitness Camp definitely met my needs. I arrived very frustrated that I could not seem to lose weight on my own. Wayne, Eric, Kimba and Pam taught me how to tie diet and exercise together to jump start my metabolism. I learned how to portion the foods I love to eat and when to eat them; gained confidence in performing weight lifting exercises; and pushed myself way beyond what I thought I could do. The camaraderie between all the participants was an added plus and I left with many new friends. I ended up losing nine pounds and eight plus inches in three weeks. To top it off, my cholesterol dropped over 40 points. The workouts are mixed up so you don't get bored. The outdoor activities and hikes let you enjoy the natural beauty of Park City and the exercise facilities are top notch and the coaches are beyond supportive. Go! You will not be disappointed.

GBOne Fitness Camp was the smartest thing… One Fitness Camp was the smartest thing my husband and i ever did ! We only wish we would have done it years ago. We will be returning in the future for a refresher course ! The staff was amazing and the smaller groups are a blessing as you receive personal attention to your needs. They are willing to work with you based on your capabilities ie; existing or old injuries, age, weight etc. We would recommend it to anyone who wants a new lease on life !

GBMy recent 2 weeks at One Fitness Camp… My recent 2 weeks at One Fitness Camp was life-changing! I am a 72 year old with a number of maladies and wasn't sure if I could succeed in the program. I found the entire staff to be friendly, supportive and encouraging of your individual accomplishments. The facilities were very nice, the food surprisingly fulfilling, the activities varied and the workshops helped prepare me for returning home. I would recommend One Fitness to any age and sex!

GBThis was my second 3 week stint at… This was my second 3 week stint at onefitness in 2 years. The first year I lost 11 pounds and this past month I lost 10 more! Most importantly, I really enjoyed my time in the mountain snow, the workouts and the knowledge I gained. I’ve had personal trainers in the past but nothing compares to the consistent and encouraging ten hour a day attention. I have perfected my breathing technique (thanks to Eric) which was s huge game changer for my endurance and cardio capacities. Kimba helped me to perfect my form and pushed me just enough to endure to the end. She also is amazingly knowledgeable about good nutrition and is a clear and insightful teacher. Wayne has always communicated sincere interest in my total well being and gave me confidence I could do what I set out to do even though I’m 61 years old. Everyone agrees Wayne’s enthusiasm is literally contagious. I will definitely return for “ tune ups “ and look forward to exceeding any goals I set for the future!
