Derek from All Time Air Conditioning The technician Derek called in the morning and gave me an accurate time estimate of his arrival (instead of making me sit around all day like many other companies). He was professional, and friendly, and took the time and effort to properly diagnose and explain my issue. Would absolutely recommend.

Rip off and don't care about it Rip off for both cost of equipment and annual service contracts. Prices of supplies online are 10 times less than their pricing. Terrible customer service. Had to call 3 times for my AC to be fixed and they didn't even check basics. Had to have them out again twice to replace a mom-working pump. Don't throw your money on this place. Unethical
