GBI’ve had many coaches in the past for… I’ve had many coaches in the past for general fitness and body building competition, so I’ve been around the proverbial block with coaches. I’ve been with this team for over 3 months and cannot be happier. They are attentive, profession, fun, caring, compassionate and PASSIONATE about our progress. GBGreat program for long term success I’m a long time Tonal user and was super excited to work with Coach Jackson directly. I was not disappointed! He put together a perfect plan for me including custom tonal workouts and a nutrition plan. I like that he focuses on education and figuring things out yourself with his expert guidance. I learned a lot and understand things better so I don’t revert back to old bad habits after the program. During my first 16 weeks, I lost 5.5% body fat getting me just under 20% which was my goal.
