I mix the activated charcoal with the mouthwash and brush my teeth then a little bit more of my mouthwash in some water and rinse. thank you!

I love the oatmeal and honey soaps both… I love the oatmeal and honey soaps both the original and new formulas. Either one you have to stock up on at least 10 bars. They sell out too fast . I highly recommend these soaps to wash your body for sensitive skin, because that’s why I use it. I cannot use perfumes in body washes n soaps.
