Customer Service Your customer service needs some work. I have had a 4x8 sheet of plywood on my front window since August 25, 2023. Every time I call to check the status, all I get is we will call the manufacture and call you back. I have called you 4 times now, and I gave you a grace period of 8 weeks before I called you. I still have no answers, and I still have plywood as a window.

We had a good experience utilizing this… We had a good experience utilizing this company to install siding, fascia and soffits. The company rep is extremely helpful and does a nice job of addressing any concerns. The employees showed up to do the work and we’re extremely friendly and very hard workers.

Storm Repair A large branch fell on my roof during a storm last week causing damage to a few shingles. An Integrity representative came out and told me he could fix the issue while he was here and I was not charged, even though they installed the roof a number of years ago. Integrity is in their name and more importantly how do business.

Insulation and drywall Integrity installed insulation and drywall in my garage. Work was completed quickly and looks great. I will definitely be calling Integrity Exterior Solutions for any future work I need done.
