Overcharged After 1/2 of the estimate was paid for in advance, on Thursday. Told the crew would be here Monday or Tuesday. It then went to Thursday, Friday. With rain both days someone left a ladder and partial bundle of shingles on Friday. Saturday was phone tag for several hours. He showed up installed 1 shingle, said the others will lay back down with sunlight, and was gone in 30 minutes. Text back and said we have hail damage, would we like to have someone look at it. This is not worth the 1200.00 price tag. Especially when my INS agent is who contacted you to start with and no hail damage was spoke of then. That's why I paid out of pocket. 1200.00 for a 30 minute ladder and shingle job is rude.
