IT WORKS!! I'll be honest- I purchased Terp's Muscle Relief Roll-On with pretty minimal expectations. I was dealing with some REALLY intense low back & sciatic nerve pain that impacted my ability to sit, lay down, or bend over. I've been to urgent care where I was given shots of tromethamine, I've taken steroids and oxy, and used just about everything I can think of to relieve this pain (stretching, massage, physical therapy, etc) without a lot of success. This stuff actually works. It helps relax my muscles enough that I can comfortably get on the ground to perform the stretches I need to in order to help relieve my low back pain, and has been really instrumental in helping to restore my ability to perform basic tasks like putting my shoes on. My pain is managed at this point, and I continue to use the Roll-On after gym sessions to assist with recovery. This product is easy to use and has a similar menthol-smell to Icy Hot, but smells more natural. If you're in pain you need this product. Period.

So happy I just recieved these in the mail from Nikki Pearce who sells Terp Nutrition and they are very helpful to me in many ways .They have helped me with regaining my taste and smell back from COVID, they help with anxiety and overall recovery . I got busy with life for past 3 months and forgot to order more and I lost my taste and smell again. So this is Life Changing for me .
