CAIncredible support from an incredible community I jumped at the opportunity to with with Julian Hierro and his team and what a pleasure it was. Upon joining I was provided with a plethora of such valuable vegan recipes, mindset tips, nutrition and training plans. For one month, I received outstanding 1 on 1 support from Will Brooks who I can't say enough positive things about. He checked in on me constantly, gave constructive feedback about the form I was using during lifts, answered all of my questions about nutrition, health and well-being. Will is also such a powerful lighthouse and holds such strong values which makes for an incredible experience on all fronts. The 1 month of intense support has spring-boarded me for what I believe will be great success. I have 4 months of programming left to work through at this time, but will not hesitate to join the team again at the end of this experience. I have had incredible results on several fronts, and am quite proud of the man that I see in the mirror, from the aesthetic frame as well as the frame of integrity. I was able to join some of the group calls which are filled with great value, as well as a mindset call with Eileen which provided an incredible paradigm shift and outlook on life. Also, I am blessed to have found an incredible community of JACKED VEGANS that check in regularly, provide amazing support, inspire each other, share amazing recipes, stack massive wins and are making this planet a better place everyday.

GBThe program is worth every penny!! The program is excellent. They teach you about nutrition and how to get enough protein and what supplements you need so your body gets everything it needs to function at its optimum level. My trainer Luce Marshal Fent is fantastic knowledgeable, supportive compassionate and caring. George was also very supportive and kind the person who scheduled the call with my trainer. They teach you how to use my fitness pal to track all of your calories there I was able to see why I was not loosing in the past my fat content was to high so I learned how to pull back on fat so I can get better results. It gives you the fat, carbs, fiber and protein and macros so you can stay on track with your fitness journey. They also have great recipes and meal plans which are so helpful on my fitness journey.

CAThis is the best way to kickstart your journey to better health! This is the best way to kickstart your journey to better health as a vegan! I had spent years doing fad diets and having yo-yo changes in my weight. One of my biggest problems was that I would go really hard at the gym one week and then take 2 weeks off afterwards haha. Working with Julian and the team has allowed me to focus on exercise, nutrition, accountability, and mindset, building a regular habit and incorporating healthy habits into my whole life. I highly recommend working with them! After 6 weeks I am down more than 10 lbs without losing muscle and everyone in my life is commenting that I look great. Can't wait to see what results I see at the end of the 12 months!

GBI’ve learned a lot about myself from… I’ve learned a lot about myself from the very first day when Julian was willing to work with the 1/2 % that I was able to give at the time. I was very depressed, out of shape and didn’t want to even try the program. But because he and Gillian worked with what I had, and because I grumped and cursed and bitterly went through my first workout, then second, then third-it became more about how I have changed mentally even more than physically. It’s meditation and commitment on my part, but positive reinforcement and patience on theirs which I have grown to love most.

GBEncouraging and Strengthening Everything has been great!! The coaches are reassuring and encouraging. They walk you through all the steps, are accommodating through any challenges you might have going on in your personal life, they really set everything up so it’s all straight forward. They give you a meal plan and are open to adjusting as needed. The work out plans are also adjustable as you can choose with your coach, which ones you want to start with or work up to depending on your needs. The first few weeks I was feeling discouraged and unsure about the program, and my coach (Gigo) took time out of her day (daily) to check in and made sure I felt comfortable and ready to tackle the day. As well as daily check ins, they have multiple calls going on through the week!! So if you have certain questions or topics you want to talk about with like-minded people, you can. Overall really welcoming environment, they make you feel like you can do anything.
