Action was taken quickly (after 5… Action was taken quickly (after 5 working days) according to UK standards (extremely slow compared to the country I am affiliated with). My boiler was leaking water to the wall and floor, they came and fixed it within 2 business days, the problem was solved, thank you. However, the water flowing from the boiler damaged the structure of the wall, the wall started to peel and fall off, they did not take action on this issue / or I do not know if the real estate agent told me not to take action.

Utterly Awful Experience Utterly awful experience, the project manager and contractors are totally unconnected. The landlord in my case had provided consent to a quote for a roof fix, however, I had 4 more sets of roofers arrive to provide a quote resulting in no fix to the roof leak and a shining incompetence by the team. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Absolute Joke of a company I don't know what else yo say besides: STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE AS POSSIBLE! Abosolute joke of a company, unprofessional. The outsource the work to external builders and they can't even manage that. Terrible experience and engagement. Avoid this company at all cost for your sanity.
