favorable experience i recently had my roof replaced by cambridge exteriors. from the salesman, installers,to clean up and also follow up visit, the next day, the experience was as good as it could be. i would highly recommend the company. three of my neighbors also had their roofs replaced and had the same experience. Cambridge, Their Workmanship Shows Pride We called Cambridge to access our gutters. They came out promptly and diagnosed the problem. They honestly told us to get the gutters cleaned. They charged nothing and prepared to leave when I began discussing a new front and storm door. They sent us to Peter Lumber where we found the door we wanted. Cambridge sent Jim to price the job. It was fair. They picked up materials from Peter and completed the job in a day. The door adds to the house's curb appeal. The installation was precise and we expect a reduction in our energy costs. Ray and Chris were gifted carpenters. Hanging a door is a science they mastered. I will continue to recommend Cambridge for roofing and home improvements.

New Roof We just had a new roof installed and this company was wonderful. From the very beginning when I first met with James the salesman to the very end when I spoke with John it all went very smooth. They were very professional, did the job when promised and cleaned up after the job was completed. The roof looks great, wish we would have used them 8 years ago. True Professionals We hired Cambridge to replace our roof and two skylights and install vented soffits. We were extremely satisfied with the entire experience from the estimator to the finished product. Everyone we dealt with from Cambridge were all very friendly and professional. They completed the roof in one day and the soffit in a few hours the next day. Great experience! We had an emergency when a tree fell on our roof. An account rep (John S) met us the very next morning and walked us through the process. He clearly explained the work that needed to be done, honestly advised us against things that did not need to be done (this was different than the other contractors I spoke to, and helped to build trust), and provided a detailed estimate before he left our property. The team mobilized and we had our new roof on in a manner of days. James (installation project manager) kept me informed throughput the process.
