Very professional Very professional, worked very diligently a little sloppy. They didn’t pick up debris that they put on the ground. But other than that gutter helmets looks good.

Bogus Dispatch Fee The whole purpose of installing Gutter Helmet is, "you never have to clean your gutters again". What a bogus claim, you have to call them to come out to clean your gutters because they inevitably have to be cleaned out. Now, they have decided if you want them to come out to clean your gutters you have to pay a $50.00 dispatch fee, how crazy is that?

Issues with Pine Needles and Debris I had Gutter Helmets put on my home 3 years ago. At the time, I was told that I could get a FREE annual inspection and cleaning by calling the company. Last year when my Gutter Helmets built up with pine needles and debris on the edges, rain would splash over the edge and onto the ground. I requested the free inspection and cleaning but was told these would now cost $50 per visit. I proceeded with the cleaning, but the Gutter Helmets built up debris and failed again within 6 months. The product worked for me when kept clean but failed once debris built up on the edge.

I have been with Gutter Helmet for…20 plus years I have been with Gutter Helmet for several years. I especially like the free annual check up. I live under many large trees and the inspection and cleaning gives me great peace of mind.Everyone is so friendly, professional and helpful. I highly recommend this Gutter Helmet.
