I like the raspberry tea during and… I like the raspberry tea during and after my workouts 3-4xs a week and I think I have less soreness and stiffness from those workouts, so I like that, feel like I can build muscle and maintain my flexibility and strength better by drinking Oleo products! The perfect product I've been wanting to try CBD as a recovery product for a while. I was given some sample packets after a race in Seattle. After using them for a weekend of training with my running team, I was impressed with the results. I ran 24 miles around 3 Fingered Jack in Oregon and used Oleo to recover. The next day I felt good and ran another 13 miles and tried the product again. I felt great on my 3rd day after two hard days of running. The coconut beverage is very good tasting, as well. I don't usually like coconut water, but oleo's is very refreshing. I am excited to continue seeing results as I train for my next big race, the Olympics Marathon Trials. This product has also been approved by the USADA and has no THC; so, as an athlete wanting to get the benefits of CBD without jeopardizing my racing status, it is the perfect product!

Finally got my sleep! Never use any kind of cannabinol before but definitely hate the smell of the general ones sold in store. Got the coconut CBD and it doesn't have any smell! Taste like coconut water and it helped me sleep (that's what I used it for) when melatonin couldn't!

Effective and easy to use The drink mix I bought can easily be stirred into a beverage of choice, even water or tea. This CBD powder is very mild and absorbs slowly. I like using it before a long run, as it helps settle my mind back into the body. Then my performance is a little better. I also like to stir it into herbal tea before going to bed for a better night's sleep. It is a little pricey, but what you pay for is what you get. Will buy again in the future.
