That same note offered to save me a lot if I just took advantage of them during this time. Robert is the Sales Rep who spent an hour speaking with me and another 45 minutes reviewing my home. He then offered me more savings and an opportunity to speak with real individuals that had work done. A+ is what I feel that I received from this company.

When I brought the first set of… When I brought the first set of windows, everything was great and all promises was kept. The second set was a another story, they promise 50.00 gift card but never received anything, even when I call and communicate this with them over a period of time, this was very disappointed and dissatisfied with reputable company such as this.

THE WINDOWS ARE STILL BEAUTIFUL AND FUNCTIONAL AND I LOOK FORWARD TO WORKING WITH THEM AGAIN. The contractor did not replace fascia… The contractor did not replace fascia board, that needed replacing. Though he did come back, when I contacted Taylor. Now I'm seeing another area that may be caused by the same issue; new gutters placed over bad fascia board. Preston Thurman
