GBExcellent! I've been in my Olgive flat now for just over 23 years and it has been excellent! My flats got built in the early 90s and I moved in in 1998 as a first time buyer and am still here! I have upgraded things over the years like kitchen, bathroom, windows and it's still going strong. I am thinking of maybe moving out as I am mortgage free now but unsure. GBCOWBOY BUILDERS.......LITRALLY!! If I could give 0 stars I would! Where do I start? Sales rep initially told us garden sizes (important feature for us) 3 times we were told the sizes. On visiting the site on a few occasions it became very clear that the garden wasn't going to be the correct size. Again, assured it would be. When selecting our options, never told in advance these needed paying for prior to move in let alone within 2 weeks of picking them! We finally had the site manager confirm that the garden was in fact 2 meters shorter than promised on multiple occasions and that the over hanging trees WOULD NOT TO TRIMMED BACK until after nesting season. Leaving old, rotting trees to over hang a new property for over 6 months and over winter. Interesting that now Stirling Council have made the decision to cut them down due to multiple complaints raised. We cancelled to after all the lying and poor service and were told we would receive £1150 of our £1500 deposit back........ they then changed their minds and said we would get £150 back! Disgraceful!! We were in the process of getting marrieds at the time and the unwanted stress and grief from this shower was not what we needed. I have since logged a complaint via my solicitors to Ogilvies and surprise suprise.......they deny any of lies and misleading information given to us. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Will never entertain this lot again!!

GBDisappointed We moved into our house in August 2021 after months of delay and limited reason or contact from sales/customer service. Since moving in we still have snags waiting to be complete including the fact our WC bathroom floor is raised due to poor pipe work and substandard workmanship. The customer service teams solution to this was to build a “box” to hide it, they were informed this was not acceptable however they have stopped all contact and are ignoring email requests. We have had some issues with our boiler and have been informed by the boiler brand that the installer contacted by Oglvie have not activated the warranty within the required 30 days meaning we do not have a 5 year warranty as sold. Customer services appear to have no knowledge of this process and have been unable to assist so far. Overall the contact and service received has left much to be desired, as soon as staff left the site they have stopped responding and engaging with customers. This does not present well and as things stand just now I would NOT recommend an Oglvie home to anyone.

GBCOWBOY BUILDERS Do not buy a Home from these cowboys as I servered my country for 25 years and would much rather go back to Afghan / Iraq than deal with these clowns. They are a disgrace and they do nothing except lie to your face and have no Morales or a professional bone between them, they are an disgrace to say the least. STAY CLEAR FROM THESE COWBOYS YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

GBMy amazing first home A truly fantastic experience from start to finish. From the initial viewing everything was communicated efficiently and managed professionally by the helpful Ogilvie Homes staff. Upon moving in I was absolutely delighted with the finished quality of my new property. I thoroughly recommend Ogilvie for your new home. Can't thank them enough.
