The most recent job was redoing the flooring in our master bathroom. Not only was the work completed in 1 day but we are extremely happy with the quality! He Scammed us for $7000.00 He Scammed us for $7000.00. Kept lying to us about visiting the building and permit office in Jacksonville. THEY ( The city of Jacksonville) never heard of him (Johan Portilla). BEFORE you pay him. Check with the City of Jacksonville! We filed a complaint with them!

Great care was taken to keep our home clean during the remodel process. The remodel stayed on the stated timeline; with daily check/info on arrival/departure times of the crew each day.
