Didn’t send refund with out of stock product I did their dog food survey & paid $4.99 for shipping. Next day I received an email saying product Out of Stock and my card was being refunded the shipping cost within 14 business days. It’s been over 14 business days, no refund, hasn’t responded to my emails or facebook message, so I filed a fraud complaint with my bank.

Never received refund for shipping on "out of stock" item Took the free dog food survey and got an email that the product I selected was out of stock and my refund for shipping would be processed in up to 14 business days. I have not received it and no one responds to their customer service email address, so I will be contesting the charge with my bank. Annoyed that I fell for a scam.

I found this through Facebook ad in… I found this through Facebook ad in reference to a dog food survey. It actually shows trust pilot across the top to give you a feeling that it's secure. I thought I would check before I did anything and I'm glad that I did. It seems as though there is only one survey on their site and it's for dog food, however, it talks about numerous different ways to interact on their site. I knew that it was too good to be true and I'm very glad that I did my research before submitting order for a free bag of premium dog food for only shipping and handling. These scammers are getting to be too much lately. I hope that this review can help somebody else prevent them from becoming a victim.

I fell for their scam to do a survey on dog… I fell for their scam survey on dog food... they said they would send you a free 15 pound bag of dog food to do the survey. just pay $4.99 shipping... no dog food has showed up to my door. I fell for the scam. Lesson learned. Put a lock on my credit card.
