Bought a stationary bike from… Bought a stationary bike from Industrial Location it was a used commercial unit used it for a few months and found the unit was skipping like a chain slip it had NO warranty I knew this brought it back to Paul they took it apart to find a dead press bearing ughhhhhh the cost of this was well over 1000 dollars just for the part upon hearing this news I was really upset 1700 bucks gone but ... no Paul had talked to the owner and they agreed to replace my unit with a Lifecycle 9500 !! I have purchased all my equipment from Paul at the Industrial location but have not had a chance to meet the owner as yet but wow talk about service these guys go over and above I highly recommend Fitness Depot Ottawa !!! Excellent equipment with on-time delivery and setup… I made multiple purchases at Fitness Depot and both the in-store and delivery services were great. The delivery was right on time, the team quickly assembled and tested the treadmill we bought, and gave us a quick overview. In my opinion, that is great customer service!

Always allot enough time upon delivery… Always allot enough time upon delivery and install to review how to care for the equipment purchased and how to manipulate the machines. The delivery and install were great, but no guidance was given on the care and use of the equipment or who to contact if a machine was broken. My sales guys were perfect! No disappointments from them at all.

My wife and I visited the Alpharetta… My wife and I visited the Alpharetta location and we met with Todd Jones. He was very helpful and explained everything we needed to know about setting up our home gym. He gave us lots of tips on setting up a home gym.We ended up buying the Hoist Fitness HV 4 Elite.

Our salesperson Our salesperson, Keith Elmore, was informed and had a no pressure consultative approach. The installation was handled by a very professional and friendly technician who set up the bike properly and efficiently. The bike developed a squeak after only 3 uses. I called Keith who immediately set up a tech repair visit. It basically needed lubrication .We have had no further problems so far. I highly recommend The Fitness Depot.
