I already have a high level of testosterone (620) and it improved that by about 10 points so it wasn't really worth the expenditure for a minimal improvement. Note I followed the system exactly including diet and exercise so there weren't any mitigating factors. It probably works well for young guys with low T counts but for older guys like me who already have a high count it has minimal effect.
