They were quick to answer my questions and very pleasant to deal with. They shipped my new Silver Edge Colloidal silver generator right away, it arrived quickly, well packaged. This is a replacement as I've used the old one for over 10 years now and relegating it to my backup unit. I sure don't want to be even a day without one as I'm sold on this generator.
