Working with Alex has been truly a game changer Working with Alex has been truly amazing. His app for food logging and meal planning is user-friendly and has been huge for keeping my nutrition on track. Alex's diverse workout routines keep me motivated and challenged, with each session carefully tailored to my goals. His personalized communication and helpful tips have been invaluable in my progress especially as a trans man learning what my body needs to hit my goals. Plus, his delicious and easy-to-follow meal plans make sticking to my goals a breeze. Overall, Alex's dedication and expertise has made my fitness journey incredibly rewarding. Coach Liam is great! My experience with Liam has been great! With recently having top surgery, I was excited to get back to the gym and get the rest of my body back on track. Liam’s program has been extremely easy to follow and incorporate into my often very busy lifestyle. Not only am I happy with the physical results I am seeing, I also feel the best I have in years physically, mentally, and emotionally. I have been hitting new PRs in the gym which fuels my confidence to push myself even harder both inside and outside of the gym. Liam prioritizes my mental health over everything else and knows how to switch things up to make them exciting again and not feel like a “chore”. Being three months into the program, I haven’t plateaued, lost the motivation to keep working out, or wanted to quit the program which was a previous struggle for me in different programs. I love check in days because I can see my progress week to week and am beyond excited to see my entire transformation at the end of this. The skills and knowledge I have been learning about food, my body, and my mind are something I will be able to carry with me for the rest of my life. I cannot thank Liam enough for his encouragement and mentorship!

Highly Recommend A diverse team of inclusive coaches. You’re given all the tools and guidance you need to succeed. Meals plans are broken down and explained how to cook and measure. Your workouts are explained thoroughly with photos and videos. You have access to your coach through their app and are responded to quickly. I personally work with Alex and it’s changed not only my body but my mental health has come so far. Whatever goal(s) you’re hoping to accomplish, this team and the community they surround you with will support and encourage you every step of the way!

Support at every corner to get long-term results The outreach and amount of support- not just from Alex and his coaching team, but also the community he has set up- is unmatched. At every single downfall, there was someone with their hand up to help pull you back to your feet. Alex and his coaching team seem to be cognizant of the language and rhetoric they use- you are never shamed or judged for missteps and mistakes, more a curiosity to keep you on track and how to handle the situation in the future. I'm beyond happy with the results I've seen with Alex and his coaching team, both physically and mentally. I am leaps and bounds from the person I was when I started in this program, and I'm excited, but patient and driven for the future.

Best Decision to Make I’ve been a client for almost a year now and it has been the best decision I have made for myself! I wake up every morning excited to start my day with my workout, meals, and everything in between. My favorite thing so far has been meal prepping. I thought it would take me SO long and it really only takes a couple of hours AND I don’t need to cook the rest of the week so I’m saving myself so much more time in the long run. The best decision you can make for yourself is to invest in yourself. I lost 15lbs my first 4-5 months and now I am on a lean bulk, learning how to gain muscle and still feel great while doing so.
