highly recommend I was apprehensive initially because some older users claim the Lumen experience to be time consuming and difficult. I took a leap of faith because I really believed in the science (I'm a medical doctor). My experience has been great. Lumen was so easy to use I did it easily from the first try. It is so quick to use that I do it multiple times a day just to micro manage my stress. It has been so consistent that my readings are almost always the same after repeated measurements, and even when I'm slightly out of breath. Customer service and resources are aplenty, and even I learnt some new things. I am getting it for family and also considering implementing in my practice. Only limiting factor now is the limited food database but I expect to be quite familiar with a rough estimate of my dietary values after a period of logging the macros.

IT WORKS! It works! I've been stuck several years bouncing back and forth the same 10#. This app is teaching me healthier food choices and combinations. I have real time feedback with my lumen levels. I'm in week 7 and down 12.5# and I feel great. I carry my lumen with me on trips or eating out. I'm much more conscious on choosing macros in correct portions. By doing this I'm not hungry all the time. I'v dramatically lowered by sugar consumption and keeping my carb levels low. I've come to enjoy the healthy fats that keep me satisfied and consuming proper amounts of protein to build my muscle mass.
